breathwork

There are many kinds of breathwork, and many ways that breath can be used to tap into alternative states of consciousness that expand our capacity to heal, release stored trauma, and break stagnant patterns. As a certified breathwork facilitator (through Owaken Breathwork), I lead clients through conscious, connected breath patterns that allow them to tap into otherworldly states in a controlled and safe setting. The perspectives opened through breathwork are often unprecedented and revolutionary.

progressive relaxation hypnosis

Progressive relaxation hypnosis is very similar to the practice of guided visualization, just a couple steps deeper. Contrary to common understanding, hypnosis is a very natural state that we go into and out of many times daily (to different degrees). I was trained in this modality by Dr. Brian Weiss as a means to let clients access past, parallel or future life "memories" — but I find that it can be also used as a way to speak directly to the subconscious mind and the aspect of ourselves that is directly connected to higher, benevolent wisdom.

somatic
decision-making

How exactly do you "follow your heart," "trust your gut," or discern if someone (including yourself) is telling the truth? I have been a student of intuition for the past 13 years, and over that time I have collected a number of simple somatic (meaning "of the body") practices that help round out our decision-making capabilities. We already know how to use our minds to make decisions; these practices provide an additional set of data to help guide us.
